Is she not the cutest thing ever?! Seriously.
I'm not very good at keeping up with this, but I try :) I don't spend a lot of time on the computer, and when I'm on, this tends to be the last thing that I remember to do, and by that point, Makenzie's up and it's time to play! I will get better at it, especially once I'm better at using it on my new iPod!
We got our taxes back and have been able to get some of the things we've been wanting/needing. Gus got his TV and I got my iPod, I got my contacts fitting done and will be getting contacts, and we both got a bunch of new clothes...very much needed! Now I can go through and get rid of a lot of my old clothes, which will be nice. Chelsey watched Kenzie for us when we went shopping for clothes, and we also went to Red Robin. We missed having her with us, but we had fun, and so did she!
Oh, we also got a Wii! I love it. I got a fitness game for it, it came with a Mario game (which I can't figure out), and Gus got a basketball and football game. It's fun! I like the fitness game a lot, because not only is it fun, but it's working out. I don't need to lose weight by any means but definitely DO need to get into shape, especially since it seems as though warm weather will come earlier than expected this year! I can't believe how nice it's been outside, it's crazy. We are going to buy me the Wii balance board, because that's what I wanted in the first place to go with it, was the Wii fit stuff. It's going to be annoying having the Wii AND a PS3, because I'd rather have one so we weren't buying games for TWO systems, but oh well...Gus has his PS3 for lazy, sit on your ass games (haha), and I have the Wii because I like stuff that keeps you moving.
We have a lot set aside for Kenzie, and we plan to do some shopping for her this weekend, when we go up to Bangor. We are going to visit my Nana and whoever else is there, as long as she's home. Central is in the cheering competition in Augusta, so not sure yet. We'll likely be going to Bangor for some shopping regardless, because I have felt cooped up in this house this week!
Kenzie has been great as always. She is one crazy kid! She always has me laughing :) She's finishing up a pop right now, so I guess I better head off so I can get her cleaned up so we can play. I really am gonna try to keep up with this from now on, like I said before. Maybe not daily, but more than what I have been doing ;)
